September 23 Board Meeting

Greetings Neighbors!

I wanted to share a brief update from our recent board meeting and invite you to join us for our next meeting tomorrow night at 6:30 PM.

Our New District Manager

We were excited to welcome our new District Manager, Rick Ramos, to the team. Rick joins us from the YMCA and is currently settling into his role. In his first few weeks, he has been getting to know the staff, facilities, and residents. We’re eager to collaborate with him as he brings fresh ideas to AMLD.

AMLD Committees

We discussed the important roles our committees will play in ensuring that the board’s work is carried out effectively. Each committee will begin to align our strategic planning goals with Rick’s leadership and the district's budget. This will help us move forward in a more cohesive way as we work toward the future. The board will continue to work on the strategic plan, which we will share out at a later meeting.
